SHIPPING NOTICE: ALL ORDERS WILL SHIP FIRST WEEK OF FEBRUARY.

 

Return Policy

 All sales are final. No returns or exchanges, unless the item sent to you is damaged. Damaged items must be reported within 12 days of ship date to support@shopclaytonjennings.com. When reporting damage, please provide us with the following information: Order #, item(s) that are damaged, and a photo of damage. Without an order number, we cannot process your damage report. Please note, we do not give full refunds. We will replace the damaged shirt with a new shirt. Once damage has been reported, please ship items back to the following address:

Shipping

 All items are shipped within the USA using USPS for a flat rate of $8. Once your item has shipped, you will receive USPS tracking information via email. Shipping fees are never refunded. 

 

You are responsible for entering in the correct delivery address for your package. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, shipping charges do apply to ship your order out again.

We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of USPS. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to avoid packages becoming lost or stolen. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered and you did not receive it, you can do the following... 1. Check with your neighbors and family to make sure they did not receive your package by accident. 2. Contact your local post office with your tracking number to let them know you never received your package. 3. If you still have not found your package, file a claim with USPS by clicking on this link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

 

 Please note there could be delays due to weather, holiday, or delays with USPS that we cannot control.
